From pop to hip-hop to pop to classic 1960s Cambodian ‘golden era’ vibes, Soundwave 2020 is on its way this May 2020.
This compilation album tells a unique story from emerging, talented Cambodian artists. The work on Soundwave 2020, comes from 11 music students on a recent vocational training programme, funded by the British Embassy in Phnom Penh. All the music was written and recorded by the producers and artists who participated in this programme.
Special thanks to the TSI team who worked tirelessly to support artists in the development of Soundwave, to Matthew Hines from Izotope for mastering the tracks. and the British Embassy in Phnom Penh for supporting TVET and creativity. Album will be released on Pleng, Spotify and Apple Music at the end of May.
