SOUNDWAVE 2019

In July 2019 Soundwave returned to Hard Rock Cafe Phnom Penh, where TSI announced its presence to the world one year earlier. Lovers of original music in Phnom Penh came out to celebrate the graduation of TSI’s first fifteen students and delight in the debut performance of the new music created during the 9-month programme. The concert was supported by Hard Rock Heals Foundation, Exchange Square and the Kilat crew. Huge thanks also to Small World Small Band, KlapYaHandz artists, Kanhchna Chet and Sang Sok Serey from 208, for their supporting performances on the night. Hard Rock Heals Foundation donated $5k to TSI for musical instruments and studio equipment (info here), providing the foundation for the new studio at Factory PP that will be unveiled by September 2020. TSI is always looking for ways to expand the support of our artist and the drive to revive and drive the Khmer original music to new heights. Investments like these help us keep aiming for the stars.

“We are very proud to partner with such an iconic global brand. Thank you to all involved!”
